Tania founded the concept behind Consulta Immigration. With over a decade of experience in Immigration Law, and a proven track record leading an immigration law firm, she is committed to reshaping how people perceive immigration. Having personally navigated the immigration process, Tania deeply understands its challenges and the misconceptions that often surround it.

Driven by her passion for education, Tania is on a mission to change the narrative around immigration. She believes, “We’ve been conditioned to think that immigration has to be expensive and complex, but it doesn’t.” Tania is dedicated to ensuring that no one overpays for their immigration needs; she is committed to making immigration accessible.

Yasaman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Consulta Immigration. With over a decade of experience in business, operations, and immigration, Yasaman is dedicated to positioning Consulta Immigration as a leader in Legal Tech. Having personally navigated the complexities and expenses of immigration, she shares a deep passion for making immigration affordable and accessible to all.

Yasaman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Management and Business Economics from New York University Stern School of Business and a Master’s degree in International Law and Studies of Law from Fordham University School of Law. Her combined expertise in management, business, and law equips her to oversee Consulta Immigration’s primary business operations. Yasaman is also responsible for defining, implementing, and pioneering the company’s business strategy, seamlessly blending her legal acumen with entrepreneurial vision.

Yasaman is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Farsi.
